how long have i been studying japanese: 7 years
favourite resources for learning japanese: wanikani for kanji, immersion for soaking in as much as you possibly can!
when does the manga release each week?: saturdays! sometimes i work but i always aim to release a translation within 1-3 days of a new release!
where do you post the translation?: in the professor layton discord server! generally i will put it in the #fanworks channel. i keep it limited to there to preserve the sense of community this manga has created.
how long does it take you to translate? totally depends! but usually a new manga chapter is a whole day sort of deal. depends on the difficulty of the chapter, but usually i can translate, edit, and localise a chapter in anywhere from 2-8 hours! then i format each page, which is consistently about a 2 hour job. great fun, but for sure hard work. i hope you all enjoy reading it as much as i love translating it!
NOTE- i don't own any rights to the lb:mr manga. all credit goes to level5! i translate purely for enjoyment!
